Policy
- we thrive on personal communication and enthusiasm (doesn't everybody?)
- we want to give recognition to really nice people (don't they deserve it?)
- we want to encourage creativity and character (don't we all need it?)
- we want to have fun and feel good doing it (sounds good to me)
- we want to make a modest living out of all the above (and why not?)
- we want peace on earth and goodwill to everybody (now that's an ambitious goal..)
